  1. Do you do intermittent fasting with keto? Is that why you only eat once or twice a day? I wish I could do keto as well, but one week into it and I got a terrible rash down my back and under my arms. Good luck on your 6-month journey!

    1. Yes, I do intermittent fast. Depending on how I feel that day. Was it related to going on keto or was it a coincidence or an allergic reaction?

      1. It is called it keto rash and it’s very common. The only thing I changed about my life at the time was my diet so it only took me a day to make the connection. Supposedly you can overcome it, but for me, it wasn’t worth the burning, itching and later scarring. It’s almost a year since I tried keto and I still have some faint scars on my back. During the little time that I was on the diet, I loved it though. Clearer thoughts, more energy, and it got me to eat way more vegetables. I would love to see your progress with it. I still think it’s an amazing diet.
