Oma’s Fat Bomb Spaghetti

 


Cook Time 55 minutes

Ingredients

  • ground chicken
  • ground sweet Italian sausage
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 roma tomato chopped
  • 4 baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 chopped jalapeño

Instructions

  1. Add oil to the pan and cook Cook Ground Chicken(season with sazon and Italian seasoning)

  2. Add Italian Sausage and cook down (keep the oil)

  3. Once the mixture is completely cooked Add your onion, tomato, mushroom, and jalapeño.

  4. Once mixed add butter to the pot and let cook down for 20 minutes on med-low heat.

  5. Add your favorite sauce and let simmer for 30 mins. (I added Newman’s Own Shockarooni sauce ) 

  6. Serve with your favorite veggie based/ whole wheat past and you are good to go! Don’t worry the sauce isn’t oily at all. If you like sweetener add monk fruit to the sauce.
